Here is Genesis 2 in our daily devotional. Today we are looking at how God so graciously and abundantly provided for the needs of humanity. Please take the time to carefully look with me at Genesis 2, pray and thank God for his blessings both large and small, and consider how recognizing how valuable we are to God.

This chapter is beautiful. What leads me to say that is that it shows us how much we mean to God and how much He cares for us that (a) He did form us with his hands and breathed life into us, (b) He created the garden and animals for our pleasure and company, (c) He created a suitable companion for man, and (d) He set apart a very important day so that we may have rest. The Lord has given us blessings and has loved us from the beginning.
